Jerry is very professional. Even before he showed up we texted back and forth to try to determine the issue with our refrigerator. Jerry very quickly analyzed the problem. Earlier this week I had another company look at the refrigerator and they said the noises were normal and there was nothing they could do. Glad I called Jerry. This is my second time working with Jerry. First time was my refrigerator which a fixed a few years ago. Earlier this week I contacted him with an issue with my washer. I described the issue over the phone and Jerry was able to determine most likely cause being the pump. Being somewhat handy myself, I took his advice on replacing the pump and voila, fixed! Not only did he offer sound advice but, he also saved me atleast a couple of hundred bucks. Jerry is awesome and I'll be using him going forward.
My laundry machine was repaired for the 2nd time this month (by another contractor) and when I got back from work and found out that it didn't work again, I got really angry. I decided to ask around for appliance companies, and I ended up with this one. The technician told me what the others did a bad job and gave me good advice on how to keep my laundry machine in good condition after he repaired it. Thanks a lot!!!
